Overview

Technical Services Technician - Verathon®

Verathon® is looking for a new member of staff to join our Operations team located in Amsterdam, Netherlands.

 

This role will initially be on a fixed term contract for a duration of 9-12 months

 

This is an onsite position

Responsibilities

·       Perform inspection, troubleshooting, repair, maintenance, calibration, and certification of products in accordance with the company’s quality system

·       Follow verbal and written instructions including procedures, Technical Service Manuals, drawings, diagrams, flow charts and pictures in completing a variety of troubleshooting, repair, and assembly tasks

·       Perform system level final acceptance tests

·       Maintain necessary service and device history records

·       Promote and maintain positive customer relations

·       Help in other areas of Operations as needed

Qualifications

·       High school diploma or equivalent experience is required

·       3/5+ years related experience as Technician or Electronic or Mechanical Assembler

·       Ability to speak, read and write proficiently in English

·       Strong analytical skills

·       Proficient in MS Outlook and Excel

·       Proven strong organizational skills and able to work with minimal to no supervision

·       Ability to use basic electronic test equipment, hand tools, and solder irons

·       Strong productive work ethic and positive attitude

·       Ability to stand, bend, twist and reach repeatedly during shift

·       Ability to lift 10 pounds to shoulder height repeatedly, and 25 pounds to shoulder height occasionally

·       Consistent on-time attendance is required
