BladderScan®:

 

We pioneered the field of ultrasound bladder volume measurement in 1984, and over the years we have offered solutions that minimize hospital acquired infections and optimize efficiency for users everywhere. Since then, we evolved the market to be the first to introduce an artificial intelligence technology, ImageSense®, leveraging real-world data to consistently detect and define bladder location, size and shape.

 

Responsibilities

How will you add Value?

 

· Business Management: As a Verathon Sales Representative you will strategically manage the business in your territory to promote the Verathon BladderScan® Product line. You will execute sales strategies and techniques to realize sales opportunities identified in the Total Available Market (TAM) segmentation and analysis

· Be a Trusted Partner: You will generate new business and maintain existing business by understanding the needs, building rapport, and influence customers by delivering presentations to customers including creative solutions to their problems. You will manage the relationships with key customer stakeholders like Clinical Nursing, C-suite Executives, Administration, and BioMed contacts.

· Achieve and Exceed Revenue Targets: You will generate a high volume of sales activity by in-person prospecting, product evaluations, proposal generation, customer presentations, and negotiations. You will forecast your business potential in order to ensure your sales pipeline supports achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual goals.

· Understand your market: You will learn new industry and market information that allow you to adapt to shifts in market demand and strategy. You will engage in strategic business planning and execution and provide accurate and thorough sales reporting to leadership.

· Passion for improving patient lives: You are passionate about medical technology in order to improve and save patient lives. You draw on your clinical acumen to build rapport and influence decision making and strategy.

 

The Basics:

· Bachelor’s degree

· 2+ years B2B outside sales experience within the medical device industry or clinical experience preferred  

· Fluent French language and knowledge of professional English is required

· Drivers license
